Rick Deaton single handly made this process easy, pain-free, fun, and way better than I ever imagined. his knowledge of the process, resources, and professionalism were top tier. he didnt just sell me a house, he sold me the exact house I asked for. regardless what day what time if I had a question rick was there to answer his phone and point me the right direction, even when our apartment complex caught on fire he was willing to give us a place to stay and always made it seem like I was speaking to a friend I've known for decades, not a guy I met barely a week prior. he showed up to every meeting on time, he made sure every detail was handled, and he gave me valuable knowledge I will remember any time I buy a new house. I dont know if I could have done this without Rick.

Tina Garrison was an amazing agent to work with! She helped us sell our house even when the market seemed to have slowed down. The whole process was easy for us and she was so helpful throughout the sale. She was always readily available, able to answer questions, and give advice on situations that came up.
