Nora Roebuck was the BEST realtor I have ever had!! Her level of professionalism as an advocate for us as her clients was amazing! She was always available and communicated promptly. She helped us think of and advised us on things we hadn't thought about. The seller's realtor was slow in responding to her but she was diligent and determined to keep him on track so that we could have a timely closing. I wouldn't want another realtor other than Nora helping us!

We were very pleased with Tina Serfozo as our agent! She had a buyer for us the first day after she listed our house. She was a great help with all the paperwork and had great vendors who performed with excellence (painter, pressure washer, plumber, cleaner, and most of all a very dependable roofer who did an outstanding job in a very timely manner—we had a tree fall on our house about a week before the closing was scheduled)! Tina helped us with all phases of the preparation and sale of our house. We even were able to close as scheduled. We would not have been able to sell our house so quickly with such extensive repairs without her—there is no doubt in my mind! This our second house sale with Tina and I strongly recommend her to everyone, including family.
